Our policy requires that all product is delivered to you fresh and in good edible condition. If you receive any product that does not satisfy this criteria, please advise us immediately by the contact facility on our web page. If we are satisfied the problem is supply related you will immediately be offered replacement product or a refund of the purchase price of the product in question.
